Why We Built This

In early 2024, I was frustrated with my own product ideation process. I’d have ideas, build prototypes, and launch them—only to find crickets. No one cared.

One day, I started keeping a note on my phone titled “Problems.” Every time I encountered a frustrating workflow, slow tool, or missing feature, I’d add it to the list.

After a few weeks, I noticed patterns. Some problems appeared 10+ times. Others only once.

The high-frequency problems were obvious opportunities. They were validated by repetition. I built a solution for one of them—and it was the first product that people actually wanted.

That’s when I realized: problem tracking is validation. So I built ProblemStack to make it easy for everyone.
