This page covers the website at problemstack.app. The app is not released yet; when it is, it gets its own policy describing on-device storage and sync.

What this site collects

Two things, both only when you type them in and press a button:

• Waitlist — your email address and the platform you picked. Nothing else, and no tracking pixel in the confirmation mail.
• Feedback — the message you wrote, the category you chose, and your email address if you chose to give one. The email field is optional and leaving it blank does not change whether your message is read.

Where it goes

Both destinations are self-hosted on infrastructure we run, not third-party SaaS. Waitlist addresses are stored in Listmonk at listmonk.zonily.cloud. Feedback is stored in HeyForm at forms.zonily.cloud. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and there are no third-party marketing tags on this site.

Confirming your subscription

The waitlist uses double opt-in: signing up sends you a confirmation link, and you are not subscribed until you click it. If you never click it, the unconfirmed record is all that exists and you will not receive anything further.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your light/dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage, on your device, and is never sent to us.

Getting your data removed

Every waitlist email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, which removes you from the list. For anything else — a feedback submission you want deleted, or a copy of what we hold — email hello@problemstack.app and it will be handled.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects data already collected, the change will be described here with a new date rather than applied silently.
